Roasted Chicken Thighs

Thaw chicken thighs.
Combine the following:
Olive oil
Lemon juice
Salt (about 1 tsp)
Garlic (about 1 tsp)
Oregano (about 1 1/2 tsp)

Wisk together and pour over the chicken. Marinate for about 30 minutes. Then place the chicken in a baking dish and either brush liberally with marinade or pour all of it over the chicken (your preference). Bake at 350 until meat juices run clear. About 30-40  minutes.
