Tuesday-Thai Curry Vegetable and Tofu Soup
Wednesday–French Dip Sandwiches and Asparagus
Thursday–Chicken,Leek, and Spinach Pasta (The original recipe is for shrimp but we have some seafood haters in our house so we’re going chicken. 🙂 )
Friday–APRIL FOOL’S DAY!!!-Meatloaf Cake with Mashed Potatoes (I am so excited about serving this to the kids!)

Sunday-Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff
