“The Only One For Me

Below is the conversation Carter and I had while watching Robin Hood…the part where Robin and Maid Marian rush away to Sherwood forest and sing to each other under the stars (see link).

Carter: I don’t like this part.  It’s boring.

Me: You know, someday you will grow up to be a man, and find a girl you love, and marry her.

Carter: The only one is Jennika.

That last statement totally surprised me and made me smile.  Jesse and I met in Kindergarten, so who knows what could happen between these two as they grow up!!  They do love to dance…”

Now tell me, after reading that and seeing these adorable pictures how we parents could possible refrain from wanting to arrange a marriage! 🙂
