…Jennika and I can go walking in the mornings and not get soaking wet or cold. 
…the sun shines EVERYDAY for at least part of the day.
…yesterday, almost the end of October, it was 71 degrees!
…the kids can still play outside in the backyard and I can open the windows and watch and listen to them.  
…the leaves actually crunch (not squish) under my feet!
…15 minutes from fabulous hikes!
