Cocktail Shrimp (amount varies depending on how many your serving)
Mayonnaise or olive oil
Bread crumbs
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1 tsp oregano or other spices
Thaw shrimp. Mix bread crumbs and spices together. Brush shrimp with light mayonnaise or olive oil and toss in seasoned bread crumbs. Place on a sheet, coated with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees until shrimp are crisp and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
